As I celebrate another trip around the sun, I am reminded of some of the valuable pearls of wisdom I've gained along the way:
*There are no mistakes–only contrasting energy that gives us clarity on how to move forward
*To manifest anything we want in life, we must get super clear on what we want and focus our energy on it
*Meditation not only quiets the mind but also places us in a space of receivership to connect with a higher Source for the answers we seek
*Owning our truth gives us freedom to live the life we've always wanted.
*Judgement (including self-judgement) creates resistance energy that blocks the manifestation of desires
*The "How" part of the manifestation equation is none of our business. That's the sole role of the Universe. We must learn how to stay in our lane
*Every single thing begins with an intention whether we are aware of it or not. We must take time to deliberately set intentions to create the experiences we want in life
*Self-Love is the key to getting anything and everything we want. It is our superpower to becoming the best version of ourselves.
